Job Description - Pharmacy Manager Pharmacist

Would you like to have the opportunity to pursue further development opportunities within a forward thinking and supportive independent pharmacy group?

If so, this is the opportunity for you! The client understands that their Pharmacy Managers and Pharmacists are at the heart of their business, and that building sustainable and capable teams will ensure longevity and enhanced job satisfaction.

  • Develop: IP support and training offered to all pharmacists of not already gained

  • If your goal is to help promote more private services you will be given the opportunity to train in any area you wish to develop in.

Key Duties

  • You will be key to supporting the development of our teams and the delivery of GPhC standards of practice.

Package and Benefits

  • Hours structure: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch), alternate Saturdays 9am - 5.30pm
  • Av. Hours: 40 hrs per week
  • Salary £27 - £28p/hr (depending on experience and qualifications).
  • IP salary exceeds this
  • 33 days holiday
  • Bonuses available in addition to basic salary (to be discussed)
  • Company pension

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • MUST be a registered Pharmacist on the GPhC
  • MUST have knowledge of the Scottish Pharmacy contract
