Salary: £33,075 - £50,471 per annum (FTE)
Pay Scale: London Fringe Area

Are you an experienced and passionate Key Stage 1 teacher ready to step into leadership? Tradewind is proud to be working with a thriving and supportive primary school in Hertford, Hertfordshire, to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 1 Phase Leader starting in September 2025.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team and play a central role in shaping the learning experience for pupils across Key Stage 1. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Key Stage 1 team, supporting both teachers and support staff
• Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress across the phase
• Oversee effective curriculum planning and implementation in line with school policies
• Monitor and evaluate teaching outcomes and contribute to school improvement planning
• Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for colleagues
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports all learners
