Photographer Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator

Location: Rural Hertfordshire (near Baldock)

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 per annum (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Contract: Full-time, 12-month maternity cover

My client, a leading name in event photography, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Photographer Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team for a minimum 12-month maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the smooth running of a dynamic and creative business.

• Photographer Scheduling: Allocate photographers to assignments based on location, skills, and availability using a bespoke scheduling system.
• Travel Coordination: Organise travel and accommodation for UK and international jobs, ensuring cost-effective and timely arrangements.
• Kit & Van Logistics: Manage photography equipment and van allocations, including maintenance, replacements, and thoughtful planning.
• DBS Compliance: Ensure all photographers maintain up-to-date enhanced DBS checks and carry the correct documentation.
• Team Support: Build strong working relationships with photographers and internal teams, offering clear, timely communication and support.

• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in logistics, scheduling, or operations (preferred)
• Confidence using scheduling systems or CRMs
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Due to the rural location of the office, a car and full UK driving licence are essential. There are no public transport links to the site.
