Physical Security Manager (Technical)

Deliver risk assessments, mitigation measures, third-party service provider oversight, and incident management, enabling a culture of security within the business. Conduct site risk assessments; design and oversee implementation of mitigation measures, and co-ordinate with Facilities, Operations, and Network teams to ensure security alignment. Oversee management of access control rights for assigned locations. Lead incident response and investigations into threats or breaches. Manage third party security providers and contractors against agreed SLAs. Monitor security trends and emerging threats relevant to assigned locations and areas and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management. Proven Physical Security operations experience Risk assessments and incident management abilities Third-party service provider management Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills Practical problem solving and attention to detail Experience managing security operations in corporate, tech, critical infrastructure, or similar environments. Familiarity with ISO 27001 physical controls and relevant local regulations and legislation
