A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a committed Physics Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in the Worcester area for the Autumn Term. This is a full‑responsibility role, ideal for a teacher who thrives in a nurturing, relationship‑focused environment and is confident supporting pupils with additional social, emotional, or behavioural needs.

The Role

Deliver engaging KS3-KS4 and Foundation Level Physics lessons
Plan, prepare and assess in line with full teaching responsibilities
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with varied learning profiles
Build positive, consistent relationships to support behaviour and engagement
Work collaboratively with a small, supportive team including pastoral staff
Contribute to the wider school community and uphold safeguarding standardsWhat We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Essential
Experience teaching Physics at secondary level
Confidence working with pupils who may present SEMH needs
A resilient, compassionate and adaptable teaching style
