Physics Teacher | Barnet | September Start

An Independent school in Barnet requires a skilled Physics Teacher, starting September for a permanent, full-time position. You will deliver engaging physics lessons to Key Stages 3 and 4. We are looking for a qualified Physics Teacher.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Physics Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.


• Prepare students for GCSE examinations and practical assessments.


• Develop students' scientific understanding and practical skills in Physics.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the development of science resources.


• Potentially lead physics-related extracurricular activities.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Physics.


• Proven experience in teaching physics at secondary level.


• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Physics.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to engage and motivate students.
