About the Role:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.


• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies that cater to the diverse learning needs of our students.


• Utilize practical experiments and real-world applications to bring Physics concepts to life.


• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys.


• Contribute to the development of the Physics curriculum and resources.


• Potential for a TLR for a candidate with proven leadership skills and a commitment to departmental improvement.


• Actively promote and support the school’s ethos of empowering young women.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Strong subject knowledge in Physics.


• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to inspire and motivate students.


• Experience in delivering practical science lessons.


• A commitment to the education of young women.
