A high-achieving and forward-thinking secondary school in Manchester is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Physics Teacher to join their successful Science faculty. This is a full-time, permanent position starting ASAP and is suitable for experienced teachers and ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with a strong Physics specialism.
This role offers the chance to teach Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level Physics at KS5. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging lessons that foster curiosity, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of scientific principles.
You will play a key role in supporting students through GCSE and A-Level examinations, developing practical investigative skills, and promoting participation in STEM initiatives. The department places strong emphasis on high-quality practical work and real-world application of scientific theory.

• Teach Physics across KS3/4 and potentially KS5
• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons

• Degree in Physics or a closely related discipline
• QTS or PGCE
• Experience teaching secondary Physics (ECTs welcome)
• Strong classroom management and subject knowledge
• Passion for inspiring students in STEM subjects
