Personal Injury Associate / Team Leader - Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Location: Manchester (Hybrid - 2 days in office, including 2 Wednesdays/month)

The Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident litigator with a solid background in EL/PL, Occupiers' Liability, and RTA work across Portal, Intermediate, and Multi-Track levels. You'll manage a high-quality caseload (approx. 110-130 files) while also playing a key role in mentoring and supporting a small but growing team.

You'll have the chance to shape processes, contribute to team strategy, and be part of a firm that values your voice.

? What They're Looking For:

• 6-12 years' PQE as a qualified solicitor
• Strong experience in Multi-Track and Intermediate Track PI claims
• Confident handling a mixed caseload of EL/PL/OL/RTA matters
• A natural leader-supportive, commercially aware, and approachable
• Someone who thrives in a collaborative, values-led environment
