🔮The Piercer Mission:

To inspire our customers to achieve the curation of their dreams by providing an exceptional and professional piercing experience with the customer at the heart of the journey.

⭐ How you'll drive success:

• As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with all our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative


• Execute precise and aesthetically pleasing piercings, ensuring the customer's vision for their ear stack is realised with meticulous attention to detail


• Inspire the customer with styling advice, demonstrating different stack options and jewellery choices


• You will thrive in owning the full experience from the moment customers enter the store


• Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers


• Strong presence on the shop floor, actively sharing your expertise


• The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments


• Thoroughly keeping on top of the hygiene & cleanliness of your studio, as well as managing piercing supplies for your store

🎉 What you'll need to thrive:

• This role is suitable for any Piercers with at least 1.5 years experience in a studio looking for that next step in their journey

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams at all levels


• You're always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have

✨ The Interview Process and Candidate Experience

1. 
   Portfolio Approval - one of our Piercer Mentors will review your portfolio


2. 
   Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values


3. 
   In-Store Technical Interview - you'll meet your potential Store Manager followed by one of our Piercer Mentors for a Studio Set-Up & Piercing Demo
