Are you an experienced Pipe Fabricator/Welder looking for a long-term opportunity with excellent prospects?

We are recruiting for a skilled Pipe Fabricator / Welder to join a well-established engineering manufacturer in Bromsgrove. As part of the company's continued investment in its manufacturing operations, pipe fabrication and welding work is being brought in-house, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced welder to become a key part of the team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work with a genuine route to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The Role

Fabricating pipework from engineering drawings
Carrying out high-quality workshop-based fabrication and welding
Welding pipes in line with required standards, codes, and project specifications
Cutting, shaping, and assembling pipe components using fabrication equipment and hand tools
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
Working closely with colleagues to deliver projects on time

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as a Pipe Fabricator/Welder
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Strong background in pipe fabrication, assembly, and fitting
Experience manufacturing jigs and fixtures
Skilled in TIG, MIG and STICK welding
Previous ASME VIII coding experience would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a strong focus on quality workmanship
