Planner

A busy and award-winning architectural practice is looking for Town Planners to join their busy team in their Cornwall offices.

The company achieves bespoke, high-quality results for residential and commercial property schemes across the United Kingdom as well as planning appeals and master planning. Specialising in large bespoke houses.

Candidates must be proactive, enthusiastic and customer focused. The successful candidates will have a range of planning skills and knowledge including dealing with a range of planning application sizes and types.

Candidates should have experience in a planning role and a planning degree or qualification is desirable.

RTPI membership is desirable, but not essential as you will be supported in working towards becoming chartered.
