If you\u0027re looking for a dynamic environment, world-class engineering, and the opportunity to shape the future of aerospace, South Molton is the place to be!\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nYou will play a central role in driving world\u2011class delivery performance for both internal and external customers. You\u2019ll ensure that every piece part reaches the shop floor exactly when it\u2019s needed to keep production running at full pace, while expertly managing stock levels and WIP in line with the strict batch\u2011control standards of the Aerospace industry.\n\n \nEssential Functions:\n\n \n\u2022 Order book management and the provision of forecast dates \n\u2022 Inventory Management and control \n\u2022 MRP planning parameter maintenance \n\u2022 Shipping of product to Customer (internal \u0026 external) \n\u2022 Achieving OTD \n\u2022 Product expediting through machine shop and assembly cells \n\u2022 Co-ordinate supply chain both internally and externally \n\u2022 Creating shipping lists \n\u2022 Direct customer liaison (internal \u0026 external) \n\u2022 Attend meetings and assist in setting plans and priorities for teams \n\u2022 Acting upon information discussed and implemented during meetings \n\u2022 Create reports to establish priority of workload and assemblies \n\u2022 Develop \u0026 maintain close working relationship with purchasing to ensure continuity of external parts supply \n\u2022 Assisting in stores responsibilities, including:- \n\u2022 Issuing of parts against the appropriate material requests \n\u2022 Receiving and checking components against incoming documentation \n\u2022 Lean materials management and understand lean principles\n\n \n \n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n \n\u2022 Aerospace experience an advantage\n\n## Skills:\n\nExperience Required:\n\n\u2022 Clear understanding of MRP systems and planning parameters \n\u2022 Clear understanding of inventory control and supply chain management \n\u2022 MFG-Pro knowledge advantageous but training will be given \n\u2022 Knowledge of traceability processes \n\u2022 Experience in Kanban systems \n\u2022 Good communication and influencing skills required \n\u2022 IT Literate - Microsoft office experience (Word/Excel, including ability to analyse data in MS Excel) \n\n## What We Offer \n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University.\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the environment through power management technologies.\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
