  • Scheduling & Resource Optimisation: Use diagnostic tools and scheduling systems to plan engineer routes, ensure efficient resource use, and meet SLAs for reactive and planned work (PPMs).

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Sales Intelligence) and key customers (e.g., JDW, Greene King, Whitbread) to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Performance & Risk Management: Identify risks to KPIs and SLAs, taking action to mitigate them; manage WIP and ensure accurate task closure in systems.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Planning Manager to improve team productivity and attend regular planning reviews.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify operational improvement opportunities using PDCA methodology; contribute to process development and service level enhancements.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

  • Highly self-motivated, accurate, and deadline-driven
