Our client is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands. The company has been established for over 25 years and are continuing to grow from strength to strength. They have excellent staff retention and a modern new site with excellent facilities.

Duties

• Liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders on a regular basis.
• Ensuring the on-time shipment for all purchase orders.
• Processing daily and exception reports making appropriate recommendations.
• Ensuring all purchase orders are processed, validated and issued accurately.
• Updating, maintaining and utilising the internal SAP system
• Prioritising and managing your workload effectively whilst handling multiple tasks.
• Ensuring that all weekly paperwork transactions are processed accurately.
• Taking responsibility for accurate monthly stock reconciliations.
• Ensuring that all supplier/product details are held within the main operating system.
• Accurately and efficiently maintaining any associated spreadsheets or documents.
• Responsible for monthly purchasing plans set up and related excel reports.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience within Stock management and or Planning
• Good communication and organisational skills
• knowledge of SAP
• Accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail
