The role:
The role involves closely collaborating with the Planning Hub Supervisor to manage approximately 50,000 service calls and around 12,000 installations annually, ensuring adherence to service levels and maximizing technician productivity. It includes overseeing the deployment of about 100 internal engineers and coordinating with third-party technical teams. Engaging with various departments and external stakeholders is essential to review and allocate resources effectively, aiming to achieve and enhance service level agreements (SLAs). The position requires optimizing demand planning for customer calls and installation requests, and prioritizing support to ensure a top-notch reactive service. Candidates should excel in a fast-paced customer service environment, possess strong communication skills, enjoy problem-solving and planning, and be adept at interpreting and presenting data. The role significantly contributes to maintaining high customer service standards across diverse sites visited by engineers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage approximately 2.5 million hectoliters of draught beer volume across all On Trade Customers.

Handle approximately 50,000 reactive calls and 12,000 installations annually.

Deliver a LIVE triage diagnostic to optimize demand planning in the area.

Work closely with the Planning Hub Supervisor to ensure efficient planning and allocation of tasks.

Identify and address areas of risk to key performance indicators (KPIs) to prevent SLA failures.

Schedule reactive maintenance calls in accordance with SLAs.

Utilize standard times and scheduling tools to plan and allocate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) tasks.

Maintain effective communication with engineers, customers, contact centers, and third-party technical teams.

Monitor and manage work in progress (WIP) to ensure timely completion.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve SLAs and operational efficiency, utilizing sound PDCA methodology and forward planning.

Who we're looking for :
Hold A Level education or equivalent qualification.

Possess relevant experience in a Planning role utilizing business in-house systems and Microsoft packages.

Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Have experience in managing the daily workload of field engineers.

Exhibit strong coordination and planning skills with excellent organizational abilities.

Preferably, possess knowledge of the drinks dispense sector.

Display a commitment to personal development.

Demonstrate excellent verbal reasoning skills.

Capable of working independently with high accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Show competency in customer care, meeting expectations, and delivering results.

Possess strong

relationship-building

skills, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team.

Remain calm under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor.

Think strategically to address challenges effectively.
