The Opportunity

The role offers exposure to:

• Residential and mixed -use developments

You will play a key role in:

• Preparing and managing planning applications
  
• Providing clear and commercially focused advice to clients
  
• Supporting project delivery from initial strategy through to determination
  
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  
• Contributing to the continued growth of the business
  

This is a role where you will be trusted to take ownership, think strategically and deliver outcomes.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and detail -oriented planner who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering high -quality work.

You will likely have:

• A degree in Town Planning or related discipline
  
• MRTPI Chartered status (or working towards)
  
• Experience within a consultancy or local authority environment
  
• Strong report writing and communication skills
  
• A proactive and solutions -focused approach
  
• The ability to manage your time and workload effectively
  

You’ll be someone who values honesty, clarity and doing things properly, with the confidence to provide clear advice and contribute to decision -making.
