Planning Administrator – Permanent
£25,420 – £32,000 per year
Location: Exeter ( offering free parking & some hybrid working offered )

I'm currently looking for an organised and professional Planning Assistant to join a busy and growing financial services company on the outskirts of Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is looking to build a long-term career within wealth management. Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the Wealth Managers with client servicing and administration
Prepare documentation for client reviews 
Maintain records & updating systems
First point of contact for client enquiries 
Managing a busy Administration system and the compliance processes
Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
Assisting the team with Administration and general office support 
What we are looking for :

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Work well in a small team
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A proactive, client-focused approach
Previous financial services would be an advantage
