We're recruiting for a Planning Analyst to join a global market-leading manufacturer, supporting production planning through data analysis, reporting and cross-functional collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to combine your planning knowledge with your analytical skills, helping to drive operational performance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Working closely with Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality and Transport, you'll play a key role in supporting production planning, producing meaningful reports and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency.
The Role
This is a varied position where you'll:
Support production planning and provide scheduling cover when required Produce and analyse KPI reports to support operational decision making Identify trends and opportunities to improve production performance Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Transport and Customer Service teams Support continuous improvement projects across the operation Monitor production performance, stock and operational data Coordinate production trials and planned maintenance activities Help ensure production plans remain on track whilst responding to changing business prioritiesWe're looking for someone who has:
Previous experience within Planning, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Production Control A strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail Experience producing reports and analysing data using Excel Power BI experience would be advantageous Strong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across multiple departments A proactive approach with excellent organisational and problem-solving skills Experience of ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous, but not essentialWhat's on Offer
