Planning and Logistics Coordinator

Location: Cowie, Stirling

We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Planning and Logistics Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis.

Working closely with our manufacturing sites, logistics providers, and internal teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in production planning, inventory management, logistics activities, and transport operations to ensure customer demand is met safely, efficiently, and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and maintaining production schedules aligned with customer demand and plant capacity.


• Coordinating inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.


• Liaising with transport providers to ensure cost-effective and reliable deliveries.


• Monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock optimisation.


• Producing and analysing operational KPIs and performance reports.


• Building strong relationships with site management, production teams, sales, and logistics functions.


• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and service performance.

What we’re looking for:

We're interested in candidates who have experience in planning, logistics, transport, supply chain, or manufacturing environments and who enjoy working in a fast-paced operational setting.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience in production planning, logistics, transport, or supply chain roles.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.


• Experience using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.


• Strong Excel and data management skills.


• The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


• A proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset.
