I'm delighted to be working exclusively with a growing international engineering business to recruit a newly created Planning & Supply Chain Manager position.

This is far more than a traditional planning or procurement role. You'll have genuine influence over how the business operates, helping transform a reactive manufacturing environment into a planned, lean and scalable operation.

You'll take ownership of:

🔹 Production & capacity planning

🔹 Materials & procurement coordination

🔹 MRP/ERP and production data

🔹 Lean & continuous improvement

🔹 Inventory and supply chain efficiency

🔹 Cross-functional planning across Sales, Production & Engineering

We're looking for someone from a manufacturing, engineering, machinery, automation, capital equipment or engineered-products environment, with strong planning/supply chain experience and a genuine appetite for improvement.

This is a role for someone who wants to build, influence and make a visible difference.
