Graduate / Assistant Planner - London
Salary: up to £32,000 + benefits
London | 4 days in the office with Fridays at home

I'm currently working with a well-established developer in London that is looking to add a Graduate or Assistant Planner to its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the beginning of their planning career - whether you're a recent graduate looking to take your first step into the industry, or you already have a few years experience and are ready to build on your knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

You'll work closely with experienced planners and wider project teams, gaining exposure to a range of planning projects and developing your technical and commercial understanding.

Your responsibilities are likely to include:
·Supporting the preparation and submission of planning applications
·Undertaking planning research and policy reviews
·Assisting with planning statements, reports and other project documentation
·Monitoring planning applications and liaising with local authorities
·Supporting senior members of the team across a variety of projects
·Communicating with clients, consultants and other stakeholders
·Keeping up to date with relevant planning policy and legislation
 
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
·A degree in Planning, Geography, Urban Planning or a related discipline
·Either graduate-level experience or up to 2 years' relevant planning experience
·A genuine interest in developing a career within planning
·Good attention to detail and organisational skills
·The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
·A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
