Planning Associate Solicitor

Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Planning Associate Solicitor to join our development team on a full time or part time basis. The position will be based at our office in Leamington Spa with hybrid working.

Job Responsibilities:

Advising on complex planning law matters
Highways and planning agreements
Planning due diligence
Planning appeals
Planning enforcement
A keen interest in business development
Ensure the retention of good clients through appropriate client management and service delivery.
Support key events to secure profitable new clients, cross sell opportunities and increase the Firm’s profile
Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money”

Person Specification:

Strong background as a Planning Solicitor or similar
Excellent client and team communication skills
Desire to play a key role in the future of the development team.
Be able to deliver succinct, quality and tailored advice to key clients.
Demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player and will have high levels of motivation.
Able to proactively identify issues and develop solutions
