This is a high -profile leadership appointment for an MRTPI
professional with the ability to build client relationships, lead teams and
drive significant project delivery across regeneration, residential and
mixed -use development.

The Role:

• Taking
  ownership of the Birmingham office growth strategy
  
• Leading
  major client accounts across regeneration and residential sectors
  
• Driving
  business development and new client acquisition
  
• Managing
  senior staff and building a high -performing team
  
• Overseeing
  financial performance and operational delivery
  
• Leading
  major appeals and Local Plan examination work
