Location: Cambridge Salary: £90,000–£110,000 +
Market -Leading Bonus

Help lead the planning strategy for one of the UK’s most
ambitious cities. As Planning Director, you will shape delivery of sustainable
urban extensions and regional masterplans.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee
  delivery across high -value planning commissions and major development
  frameworks
  
• Act
  as a strategic leader in client -facing and public -sector negotiations
  
• Build,
  lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team
  
• Represent
  the consultancy at executive level and industry events
  

About You

• MRTPI
  qualified with 10+ years of planning experience
  
• Deep
  knowledge of the regional development landscape
  
• Commercially
  savvy with proven business development record
  
• Inspirational
  leader and mentor
