Planning Executive - Marketing

As a Planning Executive, you will help keep our brand and marketing campaigns running smoothly by coordinating timelines, sharing updates and ensuring all teams have what they need to deliver on time. You’ll work closely with planning, digital and central channel teams to keep activity on track and campaigns ready to go live.

Please note this is a 10 month FTC/Secondment opportunity

As Planning Executive, you will…

• Coordinate campaign timelines and keep teams updated on delivery status

• Act as the link between planning, CRM, Merchandising and Social to ensure assets, briefs and approvals are in place

• Track activation readiness and highlight any risks, blockers or delays early

• Maintain status trackers and dashboards to give clear visibility of campaign progress

• Organise planning milestones, meetings and sign-off sessions to keep everyone aligned

• Support continuous improvement by helping refine processes and ways of working

What you’ll bring…

• Experience in marketing, campaign coordination or project support

• Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

• Confident communication and stakeholder management skills

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with an eye for detail

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com (desirable)
