Planning Manager

What You Will Do:

- Lead and manage the Planning team, ensuring daily tasks align with organisational goals and are executed on time.

- Develop and implement robust planning processes, including production scheduling, capacity planning, and material forecasting.

- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders, maintaining world-class On-Time in Full (OTIF) performance.

- Oversee the introduction of new products and processes from a planning perspective.

- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods in line with company targets.

- Monitor supplier OTIF performance and support supplier audits when required.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience in Planning management within a complex manufacturing environment.

- Strong expertise in ERP systems, with a preference for IFS.

- In-depth knowledge of planning methodologies, including finite scheduling and Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP).

- Exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team.

- A detail-oriented and methodical approach, coupled with excellent organisational abilities.
