Planning Manager

Are you an experienced planner with a background in food, fresh produce or FMCG in the Lincolnshire area?
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a key leadership role where you'll make a real impact.

• Salary up to £50,000 (DOE)

• Bonus scheme (up to 10%)

• Flexible hours - standard 8:30-17:00, but early/late starts available

• Excellent sick pay (6 weeks in year 1, 13 weeks thereafter)

As Planning Manager, you'll lead a team of 4 planners (shift and SOP) and play a pivotal role in shaping the planning function.

You'll:

• Manage and coach the team, bringing structure and confidence

• Drive improvements to planning processes (currently Excel-based)

• Support the move towards a new ERP system implementation

• Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficiency and service delivery

• Strong background in planning within food, fresh produce or FMCG

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment

• Confident in implementing systems and process improvements (ERP experience desirable)

• Collaborative, people-focused leader with a hands-on approach
