This is a brand-new opportunity at a Legal 100 firm to join a highly ranked planning & environment team at newly qualified to 3-year PQE

This team advises on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients

What will you do?

• Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
• Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
• Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
• Work closely with the real estate team on development projects

What will you need?

• Experience in planning law is desirable but not essential. Newly qualified Solicitors with seats in real estate, development or energy will be considered
• You will need a clear interest in planning and environmental law and a desire to develop your career in this field
