Are you a Planning Solicitor with a passion for commercial and residential development projects? Ready to take the next step in your legal career within a thriving Real Estate team? A highly respected regional law firm looking to expand its Planning team by welcoming a talented Planning Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Planning Solicitor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on Section 106, 38, 278 and other planning and infrastructure agreements
• Managing planning-related projects for both commercial and residential developments
• Liaising with and/or acting against local planning authorities
• Contributing to broader commercial property matters
• Advising on matters including compulsory purchase, licensing and environmental law

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years’ PQE in planning law
• Solid understanding of the UK planning system and property law
• Excellent drafting, communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset
• Ambition, drive and a strong team ethic
• Experience or interest in public law, compulsory purchase and licensing is advantageous
