Planning Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE

A national law firm with an established reputation have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Solicitor to join their team in one of their offices in Surrey, Sussex or Hampshire. Working with a highly professional and motivated team that offers excellent career opportunities and a diverse workload.

Your new role

You will offer advice on planning law, including Section 106 agreements, enforcement matters, and procedural rules across a range of sectors, most notably in the commercial, residential and retirement living, education and retail sectors for small to complex cases. This is a key hire for the national team and the successful candidate can expect support with the growth of the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have some previous experience within land, planning and development and be a qualified solicitor by the time you join the firm. Applicants for one or two years PQE will be equally of interest.
