Summary:  The Planning Specialist will work closely with the Production and Manufacturing teams scheduling cleanroom production orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scheduling Single Use Cleanroom jobs
• Releasing Single Use Cleanroom Jobs
• Managing capacity constraints
• Working with procurement to reschedule jobs when materials are delayed
• Reaching out to vendors to ensure on time arrival of needed materials
• Keep information accessible using strong organization skills.
• Communicating with inside sales on lead times, job status, etc.
• Update product knowledge by participating in channel partner educational opportunities.
• Accomplish team and organization goals by completing various requests as needed.

Desired Education & Experience:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Proven Production Planning experience
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Work Environment:

• Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate
