Planning Technician

Your role will be to assist project teams with planning and coordinating activities in-line with industry best practice. No two days will be the same and the work you complete does play a pivotal role in the success of the company. Our client is looking to recruit a highly talented and engaging individual who is approachable and extremely well-organised and structured.
The successful candidate will need to have experience of coordinating and managing local council authority Planning Applications.
The successful candidate will need to have the full right to work in the UK already in place.
What you'll get in return
Planning Technician, Permanent, Full-Time, Mon to Fri, Basingstoke £27K to £35K PA plus excellent benefits.
