Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant hire depot.
• Effectively managing the finances and operations behind the scenes
• Collaborating closely with the service team to maintain all machinery to the highest standards.
• Leading by example, delivering exceptional customer service, and setting the benchmark for the team.
• Coordinating the seamless delivery and collection of equipment, ensuring smooth internal operations.
• Working with the senior management team to drive operational success in Horsham and support our client's growth.

What you'll bring to the table:

• Previous experience as a Plant Hire Manager in a plant or agricultural machinery hire business (similar industries can also be considered).
• A proven track record for successfully managing a plant hire operation.
• Demonstrable experience managing teams, ensuring efficient depot operations.
