Plant Manager – The Role:

The Plant Manager will be instrumental in leading and developing their manufacturing operations. Working closely with the wider group you will have the autonomy to shape and optimise operations, introducing improvements that support long-term performance. Plant Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality control and engineering

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals

- Manage plant budgets, monitor costs and control spending

- Lead, motivate and develop the team

Plant Manager – You:

- Proven experience managing production in a manufacturing or engineering environment

- Experience in setting & delivering operational goals aligned with broader business objectives

- Familiar with managing budgets, CAPEX projects and cost saving initiatives

- Experience in managing and developing cross functional teams
