Are you an experienced Plant Manager looking for your next challenge? United Living Infrastructure Services is seeking a skilled and driven professional to lead and manage our plant operations.

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient operation, maintenance, and utilisation of our plant and equipment fleet. This includes ensuring compliance with all safety, legal, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of plant and equipment across multiple projects and depots

• Lead a small team 

• Ensure all plant is maintained, serviced, inspected, and compliant with relevant regulations

• Work closely with operational teams to forecast and meet plant needs

• Monitor performance KPIs and report to senior leadership

• Champion safety, sustainability, and innovation in plant operations

• Proven experience in plant management, ideally within infrastructure, utilities, or construction

• Strong understanding of LOLER, PUWER, and other health & safety legislation

• Excellent communication skills

• Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contracts

• Relevant qualifications in plant operations

• Full UK driving licence
