Remuneration: £28,000 - £35,000 + $5,700 - £7,000 bonus

The role of the Operations & Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Machinery will involve:

* Plant Operations & Maintenance Supervisor role working on a range of projects utilizing a high quality range of GRP Composite and aluminium building products

* Supervise and lead the plant team, allocating daily tasks and ensuring production targets are achieved

* Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and carry out hands-on mechanical repairs and servicing

* Fault-find and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems to minimise downtime

* Oversee the safe operation, processing and maintenance of heavy plant and GRP processing equipment

* Drive improvements in plant reliability, efficiency, safety, quality and production throughput

The ideal applicant will be a Operations & Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Machinery with:

* Must have experience in a mechanical, engineering or maintenance of large scale plant machinery

* Must have experience managing/supervising teams

* Ideally have experience with GRP or other abrasive materials

* NEBSOSH or other safety qualifications would be highly advantageous

* Project led with an ability to think laterally

* Strong attention to detail
