Pay Rate: £14.60 per hour + shift allowance bonus
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

Plenty of overtime 

Week 1: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Week 2: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Aspion are currently recruiting for a Plant Operative to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience operating plant machinery who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

Operating plant machinery safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vans and deliveries.
Keeping the site clean, tidy, and organised at all times.
Carrying out general yard and operational duties as required.
Adhering to all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:

FLT Licence or Loading shovel or Licence, 360 excavators

Previous experience operating any type of plant machinery is essential.
Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
A proactive and reliable approach to work.
