Are you from a plant operation background looking to take the step up into a Supervisor role?

Do you want to play a pivotal part in the safe and successful operation of a recycling site?

This company are at the forefront of the sustainability, recycling and repurposing industry. They have recently purchased a new site and due to this expansion require a Supervisor to support the operation of their main plant.

In this role you will be involved in the hands on operation of a range of plant machinery, including; 360 excavators, forklifts and, telehandlers. They are also looking for someone to take on supervisory duties, leading a small team of 4 or 5 other operators. You will be involved in ensuring the safe operation of the facility and will work closely with the team to operate the site. This will be a Monday to Friday days based role and full training will be provided on the equipment range to ensure you are fully up to speed on their machines.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced operator to take the next step into a supervisor role working within the rapidly growing renewables sector.

The Role:
