A bit about the role …

We are currently looking for skilled and experienced Plasterers with a Social Housing background to join our ever-growing team here at Connollys!

With our rapid growth and continued development, we are looking to hire hardworking Plasterers for a variety of Social Housing projects in Greater Manchester/ Oldham.

*Previous experience in this kind of work is essential*

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales and West Yorkshire

What you will be responsible for…

• Perform all aspects of plastering including skimming, dot & dab, rendering and patch repairs


• Work in tenanted properties within social housing


• Ensure works are carried out to a high standard with minimal disruption to residents


• Collaborate with multi-trade teams to complete larger projects effectively


• Maintain health & safety compliance at all times


• External rendering, coving and cornice and insulation

What we’d like from you…

• Relevant Trade Qualification


• CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)


• Must hold a full clean driving licence


• Be comfortable in working in a live environment and occupied homes
  

**You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work**

Package

We currently offer price work/ day rate and depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
