We are looking for a skilled Plumber to join a well-established contractor delivering maintenance and refurbishment works, primarily within void properties with occasional tenanted work when required.

You will be responsible for delivering a full range of plumbing duties to a high standard, ensuring properties are ready for occupation and maintained effectively.
The Plumber role includes:

Core plumbing works across domestic properties
Pipework installation and maintenance
Bathroom and kitchen fitting
Plumbing installs and upgrades
Drainage works and fault finding
General plumbing repairs and maintenanceTo be successful as a Plumber, you will need:

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (minimum requirement)
Proven experience in a similar Plumber role
Ability to carry out all aspects of plumbing work independently
Experience working within social housing or similar environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailWhat’s on offer for the Plumber:

40 hours per week
Working hours of 8:00am – 4:30pm
