Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Plasterer to join a professional and growing construction team. This is a long-term, full-time position based in Leicester, starting immediately. We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team, delivering high-quality plastering work while maintaining excellent standards of safety, workmanship, and customer satisfaction.

Essential:
Proven experience working as a Plasterer Good knowledge of plastering techniques, preparation, and finishing Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team CSCS card Desirable:
Relevant NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering Relevant site safety qualifications Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out plastering, skimming, patching, and associated finishing works to a high standard Prepare surfaces correctly before plastering, including filling, priming, and making good Work safely and take all necessary precautions to prevent danger and avoid injury Liaise with supervisors regarding work schedules and daily activities Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and other trades on site Maintain excellent timekeeping and complete work within agreed timescales Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure finished areas are clean and ready for use Keep tools, equipment, and working areas clean, safe, and organised Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with different tasks when required Work effectively alongside other trades to support the smooth running of projects Report any issues, defects, or additional requirements to the relevant supervisor Be willing to work additional or unsocial hours when required Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as directed by the company Requirements
As a Plasterer, you will also be expected to:
Complete any required paperwork accurately, efficiently, and on time Follow company procedures, site rules, and instructions from supervisors Maintain a professional approach and represent the company positively on site Health, Safety & Compliance
