Team of 2 Social Housing Plasterers Needed

Looking for Plasterer to work on responsive repairs

Immediate start, Temp to Perm Position, Rate £18 P/H CIS

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in social housing maintenance.
Residency in close proximity to our business operations.
Relevant NVQ certification or equivalent qualification in Plastering also be able tile
Possession of a valid driving license with less than 6 penalty points.
Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Undertake various plastering tasks including patching, skimming, and full wall plastering.
Perform plastering repairs and maintenance on both tenanted and void properties.
Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks within given deadlines.
