Multi-Trade Plasterer – Social Housing Disrepair

Location: Croydon and surrounding areas
Rate: £22.00 per hour CIS
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Vehicle: Company van and fuel card provided for business use

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Plasterer to join a busy social housing disrepair team covering Croydon and the surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled Plasterer who has a strong background in property maintenance and can confidently carry out a range of remedial works within occupied and void social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Plastering, skimming and patch repairs.

Internal and external rendering.

Screeding and floor preparation.

Wall and floor tiling.

Damp and mould remedial works.

Painting and decorating..

Essential Requirements:

Strong plastering experience is essential.

Previous social housing, property maintenance or disrepair experience.

Either a Blue CSCS Card or City & Guilds Level 2 qualification.

Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.

Able to work independently and deliver a high standard of workmanship.

What's on Offer:

£22.00 per hour CIS.

42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Company van and fuel card provided for business use.

Ongoing work on an established social housing disrepair contract.

Weekly pay.
