Plastering Lecturer Salary: £32,093 - £42,100 per annum Contract: Permanent, Full Time Hours: 37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Plastering Lecturer to join a successful Further Education provider in Carlisle. Whether you're an experienced lecturer or an industry professional looking to move into teaching, full training and support can be provided.
The Role
As a Plastering Lecturer, you will:
Deliver engaging, practical and theory-based sessions in Plastering. Teach and support learners from beginner level through to industry readiness. Use your industry experience to bring learning to life. Support, motivate and inspire learners to achieve their full potential. Contribute to the development of curriculum and learning resources. Maintain high standards of teaching, learning and assessment. Prepare students for successful progression into employment or further study.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Strong industry experience within Plastering. Passion for developing and inspiring learners. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to motivate students and create an engaging learning environment.
Desirable:
Teaching qualification or assessor award. Previous experience delivering training, mentoring or teaching. Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held.
