We are seeking a skilled and motivated Platform & Quality Assurance Manager to take ownership of how Logistex builds, tests, releases, and supports its software platforms. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and develop the DevOps and QA capability across the software function.

* Define and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, release controls and environment management.

* Establish and maintain a QA strategy covering automated, manual, regression and performance testing.

* Champion a shift-left approach to quality throughout the software lifecycle.

* Improve release readiness, deployment confidence and production support processes.

* Introduce meaningful delivery and quality metrics.

* Coach engineers and testers in best practice and continuous improvement.

About You:

* Strong experience in DevOps, QA leadership, release management or software delivery governance.

* Practical experience designing and improving CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tooling.

* Good understanding of automated testing frameworks and quality assurance processes.

* Experience supporting on-premise software delivery environments.

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

* A continuous improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge existing processes.

* Previous leadership, mentoring or line management experience.
