Job Description:
You will be the first dedicated Platform Engineer, architecting resilient, cost-efficient infrastructure to support massive scale and 10x growth. This role blends systems design with production coding, giving you full autonomy to establish standards for reliability, security, and developer experience within a world-class team of elite engineers from top-tier tech firms.

What you will do:

• Architect and scale a high-performance compute platform using Terraform and Kubernetes while optimizing cloud infrastructure costs and performance.

• Lead production reliability by defining monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure maximum system uptime and stability.

• Develop internal tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and accelerate the company’s core engineering velocity.

The ideal candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in platform or software engineering with a proven track record of operating production systems on AWS.

• Strong technical foundation in production-quality coding, systems programming, and modern observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.

• Entrepreneurial self-drive with experience managing infrastructure costs and a bias for action when solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
