They've gained more customers who need support, so they need an extra experienced PLC HMI Controls Support Engineer. You'll be: Going to customer's sites to assist maintenance engineers to fault find on PLC Automated and Electrical Systems. Fault finding using PLC software to solve problems with machines Electrical control panel issues (e.g., loose wires, faulty sensors). Occasionally doing a small PLC project to improve a system for the customer- merge 2 conveyors, etc. Ideally, you'll have this: Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, maybe you did some PLC Controls work there. PLC systems ability- fault finding good, modifying software good too, on one of these (Siemens TIA Portal, S7, WinCC, Allen Bradley, Omron, Mitsubishi). Strong electrical fault-finding and hands-on skills. Someone who wants a job with some variety, seeing how different companies use PLC/ factory automation/ machinery and deepening control systems knowledge. And a job in a growing company, being seen as someone with expert skills, in a growing automated world.
