PLM Consultant - Teamcenter

Location: Remote with adhoc visits to UK based site (Bristol, Luton, Southampton, Edinburgh, Basildon)

Duration: 6 month contract

Rate: £75ph UMB (Inside IR35)

Role details:
Our defence client is looking for a PLM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration and integration of Siemens Teamcenter and associated tools. This six-month contract role can be performed remotely, with occasional visits to Bristol, Edinburgh, Basildon, Luton or Southampton.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the upgrade and configuration of Siemens Teamcenter on Microsoft Azure across development, test and production environments
Work with Siemens representatives and third-party vendors through remote collaboration and screen-sharing sessions to troubleshoot, debug and validate configuration deployments
Execute and monitor Windows services and command-line operations to support deployment and maintenance activities
Support integrations between Teamcenter, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opscenter, SAP S/4HANA and Component Information systems
Help maintain data consistency and process alignment across PLM, MES and ERP environments
Provide technical input into test planning, environment readiness and production preparation
Document deployment processes and contribute to continuous improvement of implementation practices
Collaborate effectively with internal teams, Siemens representatives and external partners in a multi-vendor environment

Job Requirements:

Experience working with the Siemens toolset, particularly Teamcenter, Opscenter and Polarion
Strong understanding of PLM deployment lifecycles and configuration management
Experience integrating PLM platforms with engineering tools, MES and ERP systems
Knowledge of Polarion, Creo, Siemens EDA, Opscenter and SAP S/4HANA integrations
Experience deploying and managing PLM solutions in Microsoft Azure environments
Proficiency in Windows command prompt and service management
Excellent remote collaboration, technical troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills
BPSS clearance is required, with SC clearance desirable

Desirable Experience:

Familiarity with Siemens upgrade activities and test planning
Knowledge of QAPS environments and production readiness processes
