About the Firm/Role:
Join the UK's largest and most specialist residential development legal team at a leading national law firm, as a Plot Conveyancer in its fast-paced and high-performing Leeds office. The Residential Development Unit continues to go from strength to strength, securing both new and repeat business from major national and regional housebuilders.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be responsible for your own caseload of plot sales matters, supported by a well-established case management system. Working within a collaborative and supportive environment, you'll have the chance to build strong client relationships and develop your legal expertise in a team that truly specialises in residential development-from acquisition to disposal.

About You:

• Experienced in plot sales or residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using IT systems; experience with case management software is an advantage
• Committed to learning, development, and providing high-quality client service
